Rebuilding for reliability.

Designed and built a replacement production platform from scratch, consolidating functionality from three legacy systems and migrating the company’s sites within one year. Improved reliability, security, and the member experience.

As the sole engineer for core rewards technology, I own architecture, backend development, databases, integrations, deployment, infrastructure, monitoring, and production support.

The migration delivered fewer outages, more reliable earning opportunities, stronger security, and increased revenue. I’m now rolling out version 2 while maintaining live operations.

I introduced AI-assisted implementation, refactoring, testing, and code analysis, guided by architecture, coding standards, static analysis, and human review.

Five platforms. Full technical ownership.

Independently built five platforms spanning affiliate tracking, offerwalls, and panel and rewards technology. Continued as the sole engineer at Sago for an incentive marketing membership platform supporting millions of annual sessions and thousands of transactions per hour.

At Opinion Capital, I built DollarClix, RevenueWall, Opinion Capital, GPTSurveys, and PanelScript from scratch. These covered client management, reporting, invoicing, permissions, and survey-based offerwall and rewards optimization SaaS.

I built REST APIs and server-to-server partner integrations, with shared administration across multiple domains. Rewards features included configurable achievements, badges, bonuses, and rankings.

Following the acquisition, I joined Sago as Project Lead Developer in May 2022. I retained technical ownership through restructuring as assets were migrated or discontinued, adapting to new requirements and integrations.

Performance and reliability work included profiling, database optimization, capacity planning, and production debugging.

Connecting applications and business operations.

Designed and developed a TALL Stack e-commerce platform fully integrated with a custom ERP backend, connecting customer-facing applications with internal business processes and data.

Alongside my other engagements, I independently developed and maintained client and internal web applications across varied architectures, business requirements, and legacy codebases.

I introduced reusable application patterns and standardized development practices, refactored legacy applications, built integrations, and resolved production issues.

Project context: This work connected an online storefront with internal business systems and included maintaining and improving existing applications.
